The Good Thunder Reading Series and Ecumen Pathstone presents
“Honoring Our Veterans: A Celebration of Service”
Friday, November 11, 2016
2 pm – 3 pm
Ecumen Pathstone (718 Mound Avenue, Mankato.)
“Veterans are important people in my life—relatives, friends, students—and my respect for their service runs deep. I also include families when I think of veterans, because their sacrifices in support of their service members are often overlooked. The piece I’m going to share is about my dad’s first tour in Vietnam in 1965-66, when he commanded an artillery battery.”
This event is free and open to the public.
